N.E.S. Index Score - N.E.S. maintains an extensive database containing job descriptions by job title and company specific positions. When an applicant submits a resume or application to one of our posted positions, we are able to cross reference their work history, education, training, skills, knowledge, and the positions held within a specific company. By utilizing this method, we are able to generate the N.E.S. Index Score which allows us to more accurately determine the applicants abilities in relation to the detailed requirements of each task specific position.

Nationwide Reach - What started out as a local operation in Houston, Texas, has grown into the Nationwide Network that makes up N.E.S.. By establishing professional contacts that share a common goal, we have developed a network that allows us to break through the traditional geographic boundaries of the staffing industry. Each one of our company directed satellites specializes in specific markets and industries. Some of our satellites consist of individual recruiters with a specific market and industry focus, while others may consist of multi-market and multi-industry staffing corporations. We have a created a nationwide online virtual office that is powered by traditional brick and mortar locations throughout the United States.
