We are a Nationwide Staffing Solutions Firm with access to employment positions throughout the United States, in select markets such as yours.  We review all applications and then based on your needs and qualifications we submit your resume to recruiters, hiring managers, and Human Resource Departments that have positions available.

Is there a charge or fee for Job Seekers?

No.  We do not charge our job seekers a fee.  Our fees are collected through agreements that we have with employers, staffing companies, and recruiters.  We do have a few optional premium services that a Job Seeker may voluntarily choose to take advantage of, if interested.  Premium services are paid services.







How do I find out the "status" of my submitted resume/application?

Each resume submitted is processed in the order in which it is received.  Once we have had the opportunity to review your resume, we then forward your resume to the hiring manager that is responsible for your geographic area.  If a position is available, and your qualifications are a match, then the hiring manager will contact you to further the interview process. 

Please understand that we are unable to contact each job applicant that we are unable to immediately assist with their employment needs.  Your resume will continue to be considered for open positions for at least 90 days from the time it was submitted.     It is not necessary to resubmit your resume for additional positions during this time.

Where is the local N.E.S. office located?

Nationwide Employment Solutions is a partnership of employers, recruiters, and staffing companies.  Our Corporate Headquarters is located in Houston, Texas.  Since each one of the positions that we have available comes from different partners, we do not have NES local offices.  When a hiring manager is interested in you and your qualifications, they will contact you directly and provide you with the address and contact information for your interview. 

Why do I have to keep filling out the entire application each time I apply for a position?

You don't.  Once you submit your application/resume to us, you are automatically eligible and considered for each position we represent.  We do have additional positions located inside our Network, that are not posted elsewhere.  You may access our Network here. 




How do I cancel your employment services?

Congratulations on finding suitable employment!   If you wish to cancel our services, please send us an e-mail to staffing@nesstaffing.com and inform us of your desire.  Please note that canceling our services will also prevent you from receiving Job Alerts.  Job Alerts are a very valuable tool for passive Job Seekers.  You never know when a better opportunity will surface.  If you simply would like to make your resume 'inactive', please log into your account and select 'Manage Alerts' from your options page.

Why do I continue to see the same jobs posted all the time?

The positions that you see posted are continuous recruitment positions.  We maintain a secure database of Job Seekers to help assist us with our reputation of fast and productive service.  Since we represent several hundred clients, we are continuously matching our current applicant pool with new positions as they become available.  Each application/resume is kept in "active" status for at least 90 days from the date it was submitted.
